Is there a downloadable somewhere, OG diablo 2 or resurrected whichever, offline play, that will let me panel in items to test out different builds

download the normal d2lod 1.14 game client (even with cd keys that won't go onto the realms) and connect via tcp/ip under "other multiplayer" to d2ga.net
