I really don’t get why ppl still cares about forum gold.. If you want play then play ”self found” pvm and if you want trade then trade in game and ignore this web site or if you really want forum gold from your items which you trade away then don’t mind about current price of it. Personally i play with my brother and both of us can open 4 games so we can play 2/8 and share all loots and get good exp. If we found something what have some value but we don’t need it we will trade it to item which one of us need or some rune. That is actually way to enjoy this game, i recommend it to you too, it can be done solo or with few friends too.

Who said that? Sorry if I don't want to waste my time playing a game where people are duping the day of reset. I have fun playing D2 and resets are the best. But when I grind 200+ hours and finally find a HR to then see they sell for 10fg because people can just dupe them or 24/7 botting, it takes the fun out of it.

And why the hell do you care why someone would want to play a game? I don't judge you for playing those weird porn "I have a girlfriend" games on steam.

if duping is possible, items will be duped as well. so the value of items/runes in game will stay fairly constant: you won't get that much fg when selling but you also won't need that much fg when buying. so the only negative aspect is that you can't collect fg and sell that for money (which is prohibited anyways)

and ofc the point of holds, second this 100%. do self found runs for fun with your friends and then decide if you want to trade for gearing up your chars. beating the game with BIS gear is boring anyways

Not everyone tries to sell fg for money, some of us like to play games and have an option of cashing out when we get bored and using the fg on a new game. Why would I want to invest time into a game where they just allow duping? idc if the items are cheaper, I don't buy items, I sell them to lazy people who don't want to play the game.
