that doesn't matter for D2L since it is not started via the "new" battle.net launcher

No, you just buy a game, instal it and run it from desktop or where ever you keep that shortcut.

This link is better than B.net cause you can purchase d2/d2lod key in 1 purchase unlike Bnet its 9.99 for D2 then an additional 9.99 for d2lod
