I am at a loss here.
about 3 weeks ago I noticed I couldnt log in to LoD, got a weird error message

Contacted Blizz. After a couple days they said I received a temp suspension due to using commercial/business connection.
Thing is, I play from home, no VPN, and we haven't changed anything about our service in the 10 months we have lived here.
Back and forth with blizz over 3 week period.
Contacted my ISP 3 separate times to confirm we are listed as a residential connection and nothing associated with business/commercial connection. I explained my situation to ISP tech support, ISP says they cannot do anything, we are listed as residential on their end. Said it must be something on Blizz's end because there is no other options for them - only list things as residential or business accounts.
Blizz says they can't do anything, we are marked as commercial on their end and to contact my ISP to have them resolve....lol
They won't actually respond to my tickets, just give me generic responses and suggest I play d2r. They wont even acknowledge my questions in the tickets, such as, why am I just now being flagged as using a commercial/business connection if I have had the same internet for almost a year?
No VPNs, no traveling as of late, no 3rd party software of any kind.
Wondering if anyone here has experienced anything like this before? And if so, how did you resolve this? Currently been banned over 3 weeks and still temped for another 2 weeks.
