Whats the best base stat point range to have, for dex for a zealer? in other words, how much dex is needed to make a hit every time? if you have a zealer, post how much dex you have.

no finite amount of dex can guarantee a hit. max chance is 95%, min chance is 5%. also chance to hit relies on your opponent's defense and on the levels of both you and your opponent

Something like 400-450 Dex, only pussyies spend points to Vitality.

Depends on the match up. Vs conc barb I'd respect onto a little more dex
Vs zeal I'm typically max block +20dex but depending on setup that may be unnecessary.

Viso+fools I'd go enough dex to max block and your prolly good
