10 fcr a piece rare magic etc

Wizardspike has 50% fcr while hoto has 40% fcr

hoto has +3 skills while wizz has zero

I was asking about fcr though, not skills

Griffon has 25Fcr

Max possible fcr is 220fcr, 235 with barb

Ok, but the real maximum is usually 200 because the game engine runs in integer frames.

I was really hoping they'd update it so things like 10% FCR actually gave exactly 10% FCR rather than 0. The game would be a lot more interesting.
