What are your thoughts and when is it useful?

The reduced duration is quite low tbh. I usually use 2 plague Marc in CS to get level 30+ cleansing - this is recongnizeable tbh. Curses last like 0.7s with my current setup.

As a L1 cleansing is like only 1/3 of the effect, they will prolly last around 2-3s. U might want to try, but the effect isn't that great

interesting, haven't heard of that setup. What else do you use on the merc? what build are you using it on?

Its a pure Utility merc for me.

I use him on e.g. my FoHdin for the auraa, or even on my Javas before Infy (the lower resist proc is nice)

On a budget u can simply hand him a tal mask and treachery. Fore better setup areeats and forti. I would not save FG on the plagues though and put them in a nice base (eth cryptic sword)
