Say I have andy's visage (+2 all skills) on my merc
Would this bonus to all skills increase my insights meditation aura?
how about the critical strike? would 6 crit > 8 crit?

Auras from items have a fixed level, so meditation from insight is not boosted
+ all skills does boost all skills including oskills, so critical strike will be enhanced

wow that is interesting. what does oskills mean exactly? not familiar with this term.

On item skill, as far as i know. Or off skills, meaning skills from items and not skill tree.

open skill maybe? these are all skills granted by runewords/uniques that do NOT have restrictions on class (... only). famous examples are enigma (teleport oskill) and cta (bo/bc oskill)
sorc staves can have +1 Teleport (Sorceress only), which is a class restriction and only works for the sorc, whereas enigma has +1 Teleport without that restriction, so it can be used by any class
