ew why solo. You can p8 with an ice sorc with reapers toll, treachery, 75ias merc. I'd recommend stormshield, shako, CTA, 110FCR, max block and you should be good to tank through pretty heavy mobs, just be mindful of aura'd out de seis or venom lords. overstack resists, maybe use dwarf star/fire res or sorb boots. Using spirit is asking to die one day though you'll clear quicker.
Then you just balance MF vs kill speed vs fire resist stacking basically.
Won't clear near as fast as a hdin or a javazon but you should be able to clear p8 cs before a full party gets to throne room, and for hell of a lot cheaper than hdin/barb/zon/light sorc.
