Just did the math and the chance of getting a 100% perf roll on an eth Tomb Reaver should be somewhere around 1 / 6,470,884,665 (assuming all the stats are rolled according to a uniform distribution)...so do these even exist anywhere?

no. even if you tried to custom order one from one of the item makers they wouldn't have been able to, it simply couldn't spawn (too rare, game would simply never generate those stats). none exist atm. however due to recent changes it may or may not be possible now, you're unlikely to ever see one though

this is how i did the math:
assuming the weapon is already eth, we have
200 -280 ed --> 1/81 perf
150-230 dmg to undead --> 1/81 perf
250-350 AR against undead --> 1/101 perf
30-50@ --> 1/21 perf
10-14 laek --> 1/5 perf
50-80 mf --> 1/31 perf
1-3 sox --> 1/3 perf

so to calculate chance of getting total perf we multiply all these probabilities --> 1/(81*81*101*21*5*31*3) and get the result...



it is not impossible, it is just extremely unlikely....you'd have to drop like 10 billion tomb reavers to have a realistic chance to get 100% perf...

81 * 81 * 101 * 21 * 5 * 31 * 3 = 6470884665

but the OP forgot to consider that the item can be uneth / eth, so the chances are even lower than that for this reason.
so i think we need to multiply that value by 2 and get 12941769330 (possible different stats)

it's ethereal 1 in 20 so you can throw that in as well.. when i said "game would simply never generate those stats" i meant: the game has limited number of possible rolls, and that tomb reaver did not exist within those possible rolls. i have checked this myself. and again, it may or may not be possible now due to recent changes by blizz. but i can promise you no perfect tomb reaver exists today!
