Merc bug was happening here and there before 1.14 ,I'm playing 1.13 on sp and merc icon is gone and merc is still fighting his ass off lol

Yeah, they hired a new team to spend months updating D2 compatibility with newer systems in order to get ready to shut it all down.

Not right now obviously lol but it's the same story don't had with ps2 servers they kept them up for a long time after keeping them updated and online then they shut them down, just because player base kept falling , if they do eliminate all the bots and they end up with a server that's basically unused (as far as there considered ) they will know there's no reason to keep them online

They would have to announce it, take the games off the shelf and I believe there's a law that they have to provide online service for at least 1 year after the last game was sold because it is advertised on the box when they purchased it. So it's no quick thing but it won't cost them an arm and a leg to do the updates there doing to find out , for an experienced employee it's a walk in the park

Yes, confirmed Act 6, 2 new classes, new runewords (enigma 2 etc) and runes, plus new HD grafique.

i never experienced any bugs with mercs in 1.13, you sure you didn't screw anything up?
i only experienced bugs with mercs, after patch 1.14
