Barb. Never created one, never played one.
Pala I tried a bit with some single player stuff, but he comes next.
Zon is after, tried leveling up, still don't know wtf to do.

Then comes Sin and Druid. Equally don't play them much, but I got a couple of them up to Hell for a trapper and Windy PvP set up. Not good at using them, but they were geared.

Sorc I ran a couple times, but I used her a lot on D2R (more than any char) given how much easier it was to farm. Had a couple Sorc on Legacy.

Nec is my favorite and top char. Bone Nec and Summon. Never went with Poison since it just feels too expensive for DWeb and similar to a CE nec playstyle.

I never really got a barb to the point where it was gg. I still want to build one. Kinda sad I missed out doing it back in the LoD days tho.
