well you should know how to get through level 2, that's pretty basic
all you do is hug the right wall and tele along side it

i dont think there is a strategy for level 3, but level 2 should only take a few seconds, then you can just spend like 10 or 20 seconds in level 3 looking around and still be pretty fast
