first thing spirit is a must for ur ES, dr from storm will only apply after the ES works.
second have u tried using enigma ? it gets u like 70 or so str points which u can spend in energy.
also for boots u can try sands or crafted ones

Hi, why not using coh instead of ormus and then frosties instead if mages, cuz i dont need fcr for frozen orb. and 9 frames for tele is enough or?
