No sir, i even had a pvp char once, but i always preferred equal chance games, where only skill matters (and maybe some luck sure) like csgo. I am also no hater of pvp at all, but i do think that in here pvp community is very toxic, at least in my experience.

It's there, right under the d2r section.
It's just that now ladder and non ladder are merged to one page and you have to tag the topic(or filter while browsing) if it's non ladder or ladder.

D2 LOD and this site was kept alive by pvpers. Those who were active enough to not let their gear expire are going to keep playing. With the perceived value of LOD items so low, they are in no hurry to sell. To my knowledge only useast and Europe are evenly mildy active. D2R isn't a great game and I doubt there will be many major changes in the future, but it's at least a lot more active than LOD.
