Other people, such as women and marginalized people deserving of support, care about not bring called he him

The change has helped those people feel more accepted in a space they cherish at no real cost (since your type claims pronouns don't matter)

Also yes, if only 1 person feels more accepted, while you don't lose anything...worth it.
