Here's what it looks like in the dark after I added the stairs that will lead to river of flames.
Notice that the lava shows from the top of plains of despair and not in the game but I can't do anything about that. In d2 my understanding is that it is so high above river of flames that all you see is mist and fumes and darkness.
I made the stairs to river of flames a little nicer than in the game also. I needed to make it obvious it was the way to go.

At last, this took A LOT of time and just because I don't want to ruin this thread with foul language I won't but it tookforever to make the cliffs. I almost said f this and just did act 1-4 and be like "this is diablo classic lol".
