Yup, i just tried to make a few games all day, wasn't able to make any, i can join some, but cant make any.

Ips rotated at 6pm yesterday. We went from 15 to 49 ladder ips. It helped a bit but after 10 to 15 min the servers filled and I started to ftj again. I think the hard shutdown last week reset the load balancer that limits how many games can be on each Ip. I track it all on d2soj.com if anyone's curious.

Does Blizz know about that and is it done with purpose? Do you think they are planning to fix it or they are trying to kill the game slowly?
