Actually his answer of "it's possible" was just a bs dodge facade translated as "I genuinely don't have the slightest clue bc we just mash buttons over here and hope that it works the way we want. We have no idea what we f*cked up that is causing legit people to get banned. So I'm just going to smile and nod and give a neutral answer that convinces you I answered your question when in reality you don't have any better of an understanding than when you posted the question!"

Show me - nonetheless, blizz reps have outright said they will not ban sandbox users, they simply won't provide any support or assistance. They don't advocate it, but they tolerate it.
