not sure but i've heard 9 am pacific time, 11 central, 12 eastern

could last up to 6 hours or something

not once has the reset ever happened at the time blizzard said, and it never takes more than 45 mins-1.5 hours (except the season they kept fucking up the reset and did it like 8 times)
