I’ve been talking to Kevin for a few days, he denied my unlock request initially because I guess I made another account a long time ago and they didn’t know at the time when I paid to be unlocked. Now waiting on the mediator on my case to actually do some work and find out the details and close that account before they’ll unlock me. He said it takes a few weeks usually.

Hopefully I’ll be straight by next month lol. I’m already repaid and everything but these guys move super slow on the unlock process for a reason.
