Can someone with permissions bump rank for ^enragedmathlete to a QTPI from HOLY AFK?

I approved him to join, but I am not able to change. He was my 99 partner last season and is currently playing with a lot of people in here.

I know this was taken care of but you can edit ranks now. Sorry, didn't realize you couldnt.
