it does because my build is less than price of only helm from yours and I mean ALL OF MY BUILD together with inventory and everything
go on and pay additional 270k for 100 life and 2% more damage

once again. its the frw thats make the difference

frw is everything on a character that needs to move.
its the only slot you can get it from also.

who cares how much it costs?
you asked for opinions and 300k fg is a little bit of a stretch.
you can get a 2/30/20/2 for like 10k probably, idk i havent played in months.
just a plain 2/30/20/2 is better than any other helm you can possess for a pvp bone necro.

clean one has an co of 60k xD

id rather take my chances sniping one elsewhere then pay that but either way
necro top tier is expected to come with a hefty price tag as it's one of the best classes for 1v1

I made the items in your build more realistic... not all perf rares still having all vital stats and capping res



And I have removed some overcapped res on my sc's and came down to + 30% frw from sc's to compensate for your circlet

need more frw for wsg.

I don't know what you're trying to justify here man.
We gave you our opinions and everyone uses the setups we speak of in the matchups you'd use them in.
Game only made necromancer even stronger in damage also.

There isn't any way to have better output then the setup we provided.
