In the patch 2.4 announcement they said they would buff synergies for bone skills so I'm going to play that for sure

I tried to read all of the pages and still dont know why you haven't try ES build (or you did?) max static+1es -> rest full light, dmg will go down, sure.. but with ES build you can just tele anywhere and stay there casting static, i did try ES build and its OP in term of survivability, got same stuff as you not to mention your sc's and skillers are much better. Im doing fine, just try it without any other max block stuff like i did.
Plus, there is only a small change of 2 items (hoto +fcr ring) to reach 200fcr, maybe that will help you? Casting faster = making more dmg
I still dont know with way to go, CM or HoTO.. but with that 200fcr i feel like bot, machine to kill
Give us a shout hows it ended..

Oh and one more thing, i tried quick cast with my hammer and.. its not cool, its just boring and stupid for me, two click char, but hey, its all personal preferences, right?

can you tell me what your damage is against storm caster in 8 players game according to d2planner with your setup?

I am not trying ES yet because no one has been able to tell me what dmg range I should reasonably expect.

I don't feel like building up a ES sorc just to realize the dmg in 8 players game isn't enough for me

not static, its telekinesis... its too late for me..
Its not the same sorc with ES so its hard to compare dmg - ES sorc have time to cast static, even when you jump into group of mobs, its not a problem for u as long as they are not mana burn ofc ;d
normalny ES sorc will work with CL if you work with team and go for full dmg you may think about lighting.. its different sorc, but me after trying it? you should give it a try

im 2 bars from 98 on my es light sorc

i died a few times at 96 while tele to thrown so i revamped my whole build and haven't died since ( i tele throne and nith every game while a buddy pops seals in chaos for us) so im making her work, and shes a work horse.

i use hoto/spirit with 1 point in es, 16 in tk, and 5 in warmth (hard points)

this ultimately doubled my effective life switching from 1 to 16 points in tk. i also use enigma and aldurs ( combined these give me 25% dmg to mana ) that with 5 hard points in warmth is just enough to combat mana burns to be able to tele almost immediately after being hit by mana burns. i also spec to 1.5khp and 3k mana after bo to help with mana burns.

i lost 7k dps but shes very tanky and has no problem running p8 baal. im at 32k lighting sheet dmg now vs 41k b4 respec.

im sure there is better ways but this is mine and im getting close.

eschuta/griff/coh/phx/vamp mage(or trang gloves)/2xsoj/arach/war trav(or trek or tri res boots). This build need 12 + fcr ammy to hit 117 fcr. need fhr killers and/or fhr sc to hit 60 fhr. this build is the best so far as I know.

sending you video how shes doing, if any1 want to give it a check pm, im not playing sorc anymore so im quite rusty plus this build is not perfect as i was missing some gear like amu and ring, its just showing how NOT perf char is capable of clearing in 8ppl games
