Those are accrued slowly over 1-2 years, it means nothing. You have to get into the millions of views to hit about $1,000 after Youtube take their almost 50% cut, Xtimmus per month barely hits 50-100K+
He earns a pittance compared to a full time minimum wage job which is why there are no full time D2 streamers/content creators. The big ones like MrLlama work full time and then spend all their other time on D2 and have no social life, something he's admitted multiple times.
Either get a job and work to progress, or create content for a game searched for by millions. Then you need to change your personality and appearance so people don't think you're a total retard, a common theme in comments about you. Just some friendly advice.
What you clearly want is a few hundred dollars to pay some rent with your girlfriend for your tiny shitty apartment, but once you get in that situation you can longer advance, then that becomes the status quo of your life and won't change until you move from D2. If you did this and if Twitch existed when D2 was popular, you could easily make a living from it, not anymore, certainly when not sharing a tiny and highly saturated market with more popular creators.
