GTA5 had a billion dollars in sales during the first week. Do you think they hit a specific demographic by accident, almost 20 years into the development of the franchise?

I started right after highschool and during college years. 2000? Been 17 years... Bowazon and sorc were the shit back then. Using cruel sword back then was fun on zealots.

about 16 years after I got tired of making games in basic on my grandpa's IBM computer running DOS 1.6 to 2.0 LOOOOOL. Wheel of fortune, need for speed, Zork, Sopwith and flight simulator, ultima 1 thru 6 and aclabeth, oh yeah, back in the glory days....
