No. These people just refuse to admit they cheated.

I figured they were just restocking their online stores with the items off the accounts they closed.

yeah they cheated 100%. A simple loader or MH on 10 minutes of game play will get them banned.

idk bout everyone else, but the account I had get closed was just a mule account - no hacks used on it.
never once said I was 100% legit, but that wasn't the unlegit account either.
I've asked on blizz forums to explain how it was closed, but never replied. no excuse probably.

They're not banning for any program, warden is still off, it's all server side heuristics.

Meaning some of the people could actually be playing legit and getting banned, although it's really hard to get (8)'d period if they aren't actually detecting programs.

edit: vvv none of that has anything to do with the bans. It's not item related.
