I get where you are coming from.  It's you though that has become corrupted.  You see what they did through your own jaded view of how this community "should" operate versus how it "actually" operates and your disgust for how it actually operates is the justification you provide for evil actions.....  good luck with that!

Your self-righteousness is clouding your vision.

Complaining is not the only way forward.

You too?

Wrong. Common sense would not tell use that the world is flat since through scientific study we know the world is indeed round. Now at this point I expect you to respond that you should test to study if temp perming works but I already beat you to the punch and tested it myself back in 1.10 as I previously stated so feel free to test again but people with common sense should know the answer since no proof was ever given to state temp perming was even real other than some rumor, until somebody gives me a reason that temp perming works and shows me proof that putting an item in the trade screen changes it's id code I refuse to believe temp perming even had a chance of being real. In all honesty I never believed it, I only tested it to prove my friends wrong.

So telling it directly and just being a bastard helps them learn it?
So if you try to teach someone to defend themself in a fight, you start with knocking them out?
Yeah thats the way to do it, :p

1) What does hacks and the age of the game got in common? Anyway, no it's not allowed to use any kind of hacks/third party programs, but if some poor MF'er would like to use MH to make it a bit easier (not that he/she can't play without it, just so much easier and faster with it)
then just let him/her do it, i dont care since it won't hurt anyone else than the person who use it (risking getting banned). There is no need to recommend a version if you already know it will get him/her banned right away.
And since it's not allowed to get discussed on this forum either, then just say so in a nice way and whoever it is can find a forum that is used for that kind of stuff.

2) If you don't want to answer a question polite, or even with an answer which has anything to do with the question (no matter how stupid the question might be) why not just
leave it and don't reply to it?

1. Yet again, common sense. Whenever you launch Diablo 2, log on to chat, you'll see a red text on the right side of the screen, says that you will get banned if you are using any third part program.

2. Why?

Perhaps people that use hacks should be banned... that is up to Blizzard to decide and I'm not debating that nor am I taking a stance on that either way.

What I take issue with is someone (your guild member) trying to tempt people to use hacks by saying they are safe knowing full well that they would get banned...  that is seriously screwed up bro.  It is not your guilds place in this community to set up sting operations tempting people to use hacks....  you can't defend that and it reflects quite poorly on your entire guild when fellow guild members (you in this case) "try" to defend those actions.

The fact that you intend to continue to try to "hurt" community members further shows the lack of character you possess and by affiliation your guild.  No one should ever listen to you guys.. just really bad.  :(

Blizzard says it's forbidden, and clearly aswell.

Even talking about hacks/3'rd party programs is forbidden by the forum. We cannot post a damn link to Arreat Summit so someone could check some basics regarding d2, and these retards think we should help them to get hacks?!

If someone really is retarded enough to not to read the forums rules he joins, is going to download hacks that eventually will get him banned then thats exactly what he deserves.

Yes, it helps them to learn it.
Defending in a fight has nothing to do with this Oo.
