what about warboots
99ed, 30 run, half freeze duration, mf

demonhide belt 24fhr, 97ed, 20 life, 30 fr, (some poison res). maybe for svs?

from 1.10+ onwards in classic only the above listed items should be considered

warboots may be used pvm for travibarbs if they have 3x+ fr / lr mf and gold find

or by a bvc if they have 30 run 3x+ cr and lr with some dex

and the demon belt is missing a second resistance, Poison Res is not classed as a resistance in classic.

low req belts such as demonhide are a great source of str for pure vit chars, the non-str requirement and possibility of upto 20 str as a mod make it great and so no str or low str demon/shark belts are usually not considered.
