Is tag using Ondals and 10% Anni?

I've never seen him throw an ondals on, never asked about his Anni but assuming it is a 10%

I also have a storch he bought for me, so if your able to be on more than me you can have it and I'll go back to my sin torch

What is the makeup of the team that is currently playing with him? Is there a din? I have a couple thoughts.

He would probably only be able to close the gap if he is: using Ondals on weapon swap + Anni, shrine exp, and getting top for Diablo and Baal (with the shrine). I'm not being pessimistic here, I just believe strongly in min-maxing all stats/buffs.

If there is another player that's willing to follow me for pre-tele stuff, there could be effective CS'ing. Last season before D2R, I was running on classic, and am able to clear CS in about 90 seconds if I have a Din (seal taxi).

Usually in his games there would be a pre tele so someone could tele Baal and someone could cs for him
