You will also want to make sure you are not doing any of the following as they can cause what you are seeing:
• Rapidly connecting and disconnecting from Battle.net
• Switching between accounts or characters too quickly
• Leaving and joining games too quickly

Yea if I wait a week or so should be able to afford a fulll character. Also be able to see whatever everyone else is playing and fill in the gaps.
