gotta big disagree with you there champ, things like fort for example are more VALUEABLE in non-eth now cuz the eth version doesnt offer a huge def boost to justify the fact that NO CHARACTER COULD EVER USE IT.

Do some people still use eth armors on mercs? Sure they do!

But is anyone going to care enough about that def difference so small that they would make a good armor like a fort? Prob not, your basically lowering the value of your item purely by doing that.

Not if it's a merc armor + lots of people like to min/max their chars/mercs

There'll always be a market for eth merc armors.

Ofc I'm not talking early on or right after reset, moreso when the market settles a bit.

The game is awesome. We are now a few months in I think, and most of my friends are still very much enjoying the game, farming and creating new characters to switch gameplay up. The graphics actually change the gameplay, as with the bigger vision you can play more "tactically" you could say. For me it is everything I have hoped for.

Sure there are still some things that needs fixing like frenzy on a controller and the load times are longer than the original which sucks, but in general the game is really lovely. Unless you think not having WSG and eth bug makes you miserable, it is a great recommendation. You couldnt really have hoped for a better game.

Tbh I couldn't get over the load time between games/delay when using waypoints. Game is beautiful otherwise and I'd definitely drop every other game for it + no life it IF they could fix said load time/delays.

Characters not expiring and graphic changes alone make it worth. The game still has a lot of bugs though.

Yes, this and the frenzy controller bugged version are the two issues I have with the game. But I dont mind them that much. I just wait for Frenzy to be fixed and accept the longer load times. So much could have gone wrong with the game, but so much went right :-)

Also controller adds a whole new dimension to it. Certain builds are so much fun and play a lot faster and more enjoyable than the traditional way. For example a zealer is a lot of fun, while I hated it on keyboard. Also with the keyboard-hotkeys coming, we will probably have a much more enjoyable time farming with any character too that doesnt fit controller-play. Like the sorcs.
