There is a big difference in playing btnet with all the eq available to you, and solo running game with 8 players difficulty without items.

I dont play hardcore because when you die in hardcore you lose your char and all your items.

But on softcore, this does not happen

Sadly there is no ssf aspect to this game which I for one would support.

On a serious note though. 90% of hc players use chicken, making playing hardcore 100% pointless

Used to be true. With recent ban waves less people use it. I'm sure tons of people still use it though.
