ban may have different meaning to some people. joining games too fast will cause what we identify as "realm down". i've had a few people state to me they have been banned, when all they had to do was reset their modem.
i do not think joining a public game is a bannable offense in itself.

Personally I don't think this blizz team has the slightest clue what they r doing. There is absolutely no excuse for legit players being banned bc of some messed up parameter.

At this point, a blue rep basically said they won't be reopening any more accounts. Too lazy to find the post but he legit admitted that he hadn't investigated every single account posted in the thread but that NO accounts that had action taken against them would be reopened
