Back in 1.11 I looted a pelt from mephisto named 00000000010102 or so. It had a name but it was all numbers.

went through my old screen shots and found some interesting ones... most crazy thing i ever saw but don't have any screen shots of it in action was the bugged eye of etlich ammy from patch 1.09 ... you had low level 29-30 or so barbs wearing it and casting bo and bam they had like 1 million hp. they would go into duel games in hell and duel people and kill them. it was always fun to watch.
