Perhaps people that use hacks should be banned... that is up to Blizzard to decide and I'm not debating that nor am I taking a stance on that either way.

What I take issue with is someone (your guild member) trying to tempt people to use hacks by saying they are safe knowing full well that they would get banned... that is seriously screwed up bro. It is not your guilds place in this community to set up sting operations tempting people to use hacks.... you can't defend that and it reflects quite poorly on your entire guild when fellow guild members (you in this case) "try" to defend those actions.

The fact that you intend to continue to try to "hurt" community members further shows the lack of character you possess and by affiliation your guild. No one should ever listen to you guys.. just really bad. :(

They are doing it to themselves, and two things you should bear in mind here:

1) It is explicitly against the terms of use of the game, which everyone knows. Blizzard has already taken the stance.
2) It is explicitly against the rules of this enire forum to request help about or discuss hacks.

No need to be nice either, if you think about it.

Why should everything be fed to people with golden spoons, they don't learn that way.

Funny how only a "small number of people" are the only ones that know this useful information lol.  I'll definately test it myself.  I think temp perming does work but of course I could be wrong and will have no problem saying as much if that ends up being the case.  That's the difference between me and useless morons like doykaaaaaa..... ya... your'e a moron doykaaaaaa.  Given the uncertainty regarding this issue and how many people it affects I'm surprised no one has done this kind of testing before and documented the results here (key word is documented).

I'm working with someone who can create copies of HRs so I just have to set up the test protocols and do the tests.

Oh, and I can guarantee you this much.

IF the results prove that temp perming works, useless douche bags like doykaaaaaa will continue to try to sell their agenda and discredit the testing because they don't really care if it works... they just want to be "right".

IF the results prove that temp perming does NOT work, useless douche bags like doykaaaaaa will flame the boards about how they knew it all along and everyone else who thought is worked sucks and blah blah blah.  But the truth is that NO ONE actually KNOWS if it works or not.  We are all just using our own personal experience/memories which is certainly not perfect and highly likely skewed towards an outcome we'd prefer to be the case.  Well, that is gonna change and the community will benefit from the knowledge of how this really works, or doesn't work, as the case may be.

You need to get over this. Seriously, your complaints will get you nowhere.

The d2jsp community and Battle.net in particular are already so corrupted that your preoccupied idea of "hurting" people becomes a silly joke in comparison.

If one is daft enough to discuss, request or advocate the use of hacks for a decade old game, then sure as hell one deserves nothing more than an endless row of attempts at trolling in return.
This is not a matter of tempting people into using hacks, as you suggest. It is a matter of treating a silly question with an equally silly response.
Being unable to distinguish obvious sarcasm from seriousness is their headache, not ours.

Several users are posting these crap topics with the sole purpose of increasing their post count and hoping that someone else will rant about it.

If you want to spoonfeed every friggin clown with a polite reference to rules and regulations, go ahead.
Some of us got bored of that practice months or even years ago and turned to the humorous approach.

You should try the same. It's healthy and it's free of charge.

I get where you are coming from. It's you though that has become corrupted. You see what they did through your own jaded view of how this community "should" operate versus how it "actually" operates and your disgust for how it actually operates is the justification you provide for evil actions..... good luck with that!

So telling it directly and just being a bastard helps them learn it?
So if you try to teach someone to defend themself in a fight, you start with knocking them out?
Yeah thats the way to do it, :p

1) What does hacks and the age of the game got in common? Anyway, no it's not allowed to use any kind of hacks/third party programs, but if some poor MF'er would like to use MH to make it a bit easier (not that he/she can't play without it, just so much easier and faster with it)
then just let him/her do it, i dont care since it won't hurt anyone else than the person who use it (risking getting banned). There is no need to recommend a version if you already know it will get him/her banned right away.
And since it's not allowed to get discussed on this forum either, then just say so in a nice way and whoever it is can find a forum that is used for that kind of stuff.

2) If you don't want to answer a question polite, or even with an answer which has anything to do with the question (no matter how stupid the question might be) why not just
leave it and don't reply to it?
