Thank you so much for your dedicated attention to this situation, we understand that this is not only impacting your ability to play but also many other players trying to create lobbies in the same region. I would like to inform you that we have also received many tickets about this and thanks to all of your and other players’ activity on our forums, the Developers were notified about the situation and are taking a closer look into what could be causing this.
Note that while the devs may not reply directly here or on our forums in the meantime, I assure you the issue was escalated and is being looked at right as I’m writing this reply to you. Wish you a speedy resolution to this so you and the rest of the affected players are able to jump in as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for the update and for confirming that this has officially been escalated. It is a huge relief for the community to hear that the developers are actively looking into it.
Since the team is currently investigating, are you able to share a rough ETA for a resolution, or any details on what the root cause of the outage is?
Any information you can provide would be incredibly helpful to pass along to the players waiting for updates on the forums.
