Not going to explain why I think this is the case.
D2R playerbase will massively decrease within 6 months. Most players are new to D2 or are players who have returned due to nostalgia, 80% of them will be gone come summer. (Probably a long time before. January-February.) Out of the remaining 20%, 25% will return to D2. Splitting the playerbase 35-40:65-60, which is bad for both D2 and D2R.
At the moment, prices of non GZ items, such as perfect uniques are higher on EU non-ladder than ladder now. Non-ladder will get a reality check within a year.
That's my prediction anyways.
D2 is a eyesore, all that stuff is practically worthless now; sell up while you can
