I understand that. Wraith Brand is nonetheless an invalid name for boots, and the displayed Required Level: 41 is not possible with those affixes.

There is only one levelreq=41 pre-LoD affix on boots - namely the ''Viridian'' prefix: Poison Resist +21% to +29%.
