What I don't understand is why is there this conditional shit? I mean to me it's clear TJ and the other top Melee guys don't want to accept SpamBam ever... Not conditional on the gear. Why make it out like a fish when it's a bird? Just say you will never let him in, or let him in. Shit or get off the pot.

It's his choice to do it or not. He can keep all the shit and do whatever the fuck he wants. He's the one that wants to participate in leagues and events we host. If he wants to do that he has to obide by the rules.

Seems pretty conditional on the gear to me, decision has been made.

It's also the same decision that's been made for anybody in the past. If TJ had stolen gear he wouldn't be able to use it either.
