Anyway, it's quite obvious:
1) classic is more challenging because there aren't that much items and possibilities
2) LoD is fun because of the many many things and chars u can do and create
3) there are many pros and cons, but i won't write more since i'm on iPhone

And for them who just asked themselves, i started in classic(about 1 year) and then changed to LoD
