Actually Blizzard is sending the info of full amount of the exp but D2 shows later only the millions, but we could see the total exp.

Finally got my sorc to level 99 a few minutes ago. It's been my first time playing ladder again for around 9 years and it was great to experience this again - a real flashback to the past!

A big thanks to everyone who supported me on my way to 99, everyone in the DoH discord, op elitebaal, you know who you are! :hail:

last ~1k experience was done in cow level
