Currently in Split, Croatia. Tomorrow we start a 7 day sail around Croatia drinking as much as I can and getting on whatever else I can.

anyone playing PoE these days?
I havn't touched it since beta; thinking about checking it out again. Pretty sure I will be totally lost. There were only 3 acts when i played and there is another class since then. And ofc part of the reason i stopped.. endless nerfs and skill changes.

tried a while ago
friends were leveling with me.. then decided to play their high levels and ditch me..
so i quit

went back to school this semester and sunk thousands of dollars into it. Hard drive dies on the first day..can't complete any of my courses that require online assignments/test. Considered killing myself for like 3 hours before i finally just wiped my ssd and started over. Kill me.

That blows Laura. I did a few online courses back when I was in college and man they sucked. Gimme the regular classroom any day! Or maybe it was just the instructors that sucked.. did not get along with them at all. They all think full-time student athletes have way more time on their hands than someone that works a regular 8 hour day.

Even the in class ones are using online assignments now..its how they get you to pay full price for textbooks. You can get the textbook used for like 20 bucks, but you need the online code to hand in assignments and those are 200 bucks, can only be used once..so of course the used textbooks wont have them. My favorite is when I open up the front cover and my professor is listed as an author. fucking cunts.

i was able to torrent every single one of my textbooks this semester
usually can find at least a couple of them
takes a lot of fucking work tho, like you gotta go deep into google
like 23rd page of google and 5 scans for malware
