Rep is a svs or nec build and if done properly and you're good enough to pk for an extended period of time without dying, it's like a never ending health potion (55 rep or more)

But like I said before it's incredibly expensive to do right and even on legacy diablo the best gear is already taken and not for trade unless you're willing to spend hundreds of dollars.

There's a rep sorc pic in my profile that i had about 40k fg into at one point and sadly I let some of my better pieces expire but it is what it is that game was dead anyways. I had better swaps in my stash that I just couldn't find all the pieces to wear properly strength glitched. Getting to 51 Dex and 63 strength without spending a point into either while maintaining 63 fcr and 86 fhr with 50 rep is HARD. That's the real big boy build on diablo that 99% of people will never even see in a trade window let alone own. You're talking 50k fg or more even with d2r out those types of pieces won't go down in value. There might be 2 or 3 characters like that on all of diablo classic

Sounds niche, expensive and over rated

Checked your sorc in profile, some nice items indeed but nothing too crazy :/
