I'm not sure on the weight, but I think we had around 25 caps, but we brewed it into a tea, which worked fantastically. That was between two of us.

The last one we had which was the most intense we had around 50 caps, between 3 people. But I mean I'm not overly sure on whats a decent amount, and how much is too much.

But if you have your friend there who has done it heaps, he should be able to tell you how much you should take.

like the guy who is dealing them is my one of my good friends and he said he'd do it with me along with a few of my other buddies (all have done it, except for me)
