From what i understand they just ban random people for no reason,and thats not ok.
I know someone that bots on and off, and he is still fine, but he is not pushing levels ,just some low items farming such as nm baal at 80-ish lvl for fun.
You can't sue blizzard for randomly banning your account.
When will people understand their EULA.
