yeah, i started on the nemesis shit, but its taken me like 10 hours to kill 100 goblins and i still have 400 more to go. fuck that.

we should start baaling again so we have a purpose in life

the problem I see, even if a game was made that had the d2 factor.. everything is so internet heavy anymore that we still wouldn't all be able to play together again.
d2 was great because a player across the world could play with relatively high ping and it didn't matter (ben, troy). I could play on dial up and still be one of the best.
Today's games would literally take a week just to download them on dial up, and you would never be able to connect to a game, much less play with someone in australia/new zealand.

There are lots of games I enjoy playing, but most I can't play with you guys. Even path of exile is much more ping reliant than d2 was.
