During this 24 hours "holiday" I play cs1.6, and lost my "wish" to play d2 at all. There are more interesting games

seems like a regular problem at moment. had this yesterday. did contact blizz support. they did solve it.
few ours later i have the sae issue and did open another ticket. they did affirm , having " phenomen"

Had this for 3 days with no end in sight
Made a ticket and they fixed it within 12 hours .


From blizzard:

“I was able to disconnect your account from Diablo II now, so when you read this you can already log in again. The underlying issue should also be resolved so hopefully this doesn't happen again. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.”

(This is the email I received after putting in my ticket.)

I got the exact same message. I wonder if they are low key making the bot runners buy new keys since you have to attach log files and whatnot to file a ticket for them to fix it.

chars not logging off bnet correctly when u close the game or it crash.
server side they are still online.

thats why blizz is deleting ur char from bnet .
thats what they have told me
