I found a Vex off a random monster in the Frozen River near Anya (wasn’t Frozenstein or his pack but just before) in NM difficulty. Was pretty surprised to see it drop in NM.
Also, in single player in my HC Barb walkthrough I had a Ber Rune drop off a rare spider Hell Catacombs Lvl 3. That one blew me away. Too bad I RIPped before I got to use it.
