that's what they did in 1.10, they doubled the drop rate of elite uniques, and then in 1.13 they doubled the drop rates of high runes.

now they are taking it back.

i tried to bring 8 clients into one game (same ip), i noticed that only 6 can get in, if the 7th joins i get "game does not exists/server down" and it stays like that, usualy it only stays for 2 mins max, if u created 2 games in a timeframe of 2 minutes.

If u get the new rd, this helps:

delete bnchache.dat file
bnetlog.txt
delete the content in your save folder

Take a new fresh key and change your ip

The realm down is not account bound, its definitively related to your cleint's bncache.dat + ip / key
